It has a paid Pro version, but also a simpler free one but with everything you need.
It allows you to edit the photos as you like, crop them and add tags or other images to them. I can blur and pixelate parts, and do those compositions that I need. All the images you see in deliriuxcoin Basics are edited with this application.
